You provide the table/place to shuck and we will do the rest. Compostable plates provided, 4 per oyster (minimum order of 100).

Set up a clean table with a cutting board, oyster knife, and a bowl for oyster shells. Ensure that the area is well-lit and comfortable.

Prepare the Shucking Station

Place the oysters in a bowl and cover them with ice to keep them fresh and cold until ready to shuck.

Chill the Oysters

Using an oyster knife, carefully insert the knife into the hinge of the oyster. Twist the knife to pop the shell open and slide the knife along the top shell to detach the meat. Remove the top shell and discard it.

Shucking the Oysters

Place the shucked oysters on compostable plates. Provide lemon wedges, hot sauce, and mignonette sauce on the side for guests to enjoy.

Serve the Oysters

Dispose of the oyster shells in a designated compostable container and clean the shucking area.
