Grilled flatbread, Bolton arugula, Prosciutto d'Lento, peach sauce, EVOO, aged balsamico, sea salt *Great for sharing

Peel and pit the fresh peaches, then blend them in a food processor until smooth. If desired, add a pinch of sea salt and a splash of EVOO for flavor. Set aside.

Prepare the Peach Sauce

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly brush the flatbreads with EVOO. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have nice grill marks and are warmed through.

Grill the Flatbread

On each grilled flatbread, layer the Bolton arugula, then add the Prosciutto d'Lento slices. Tear the burrata cheese and place it on top.

Assemble the Dish

Drizzle the peach sauce over the top, followed by a drizzle of aged balsamico. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

Finish with Sauce and Dressing

Slice the flatbreads into shareable pieces and serve immediately.
