Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise again for about 30-45 minutes.

Second Rise

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). After the second rise, dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary and coarse sea salt.

Add Toppings

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
