    Prepare the Ingredients

    Slice the chicken, pork, and beef into thin strips. Slice the bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic.

    Heat the Oil

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

    Sauté the Meats

    Add the chicken, pork, and beef to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and browned.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the sliced bamboo shoots, bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.

    Season the Dish

    Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.

    Add Thai Basil

    Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the Thai basil leaves just before serving.
