Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Start by mincing the garlic and chopping the meat into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and dry the mixed greens.

2. Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot.

3. Sauté the Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.

4. Cook the Meat

Add your choice of meat to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.

5. Season the Stir-fry

Add white pepper, soy sauce, and salt to taste. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

6. Serve

Place a bed of mixed greens on a plate and top with the garlic stir-fry mixture. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
