Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bean Threads

Soak the bean threads in warm water for about 15 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

  3. 3

    Cook the Prawns

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. 4

    Add Napa Cabbage

Stir in the shredded Napa cabbage and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until it is wilted.

  5. 5

    Combine with Bean Threads

Add the soaked bean threads to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together gently until well mixed and heated through.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro and sprinkle with white pepper to taste. Serve warm.
