Cooking Instructions

1

Prep the Ingredients

Chop the green beans, onion, and green chilies. Rinse and pat dry the basil leaves.

2

Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

Add the chopped onion and green chilies to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

4

Add Green Beans

Stir in the chopped green beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender.

5

Fry the Rice

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine. Press the rice down and let it fry for about 2 minutes.

6

Season the Rice

Pour the soy sauce over the rice and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

7

Add Basil

Finally, add the fresh basil leaves to the fried rice. Stir gently to mix them in without breaking them up too much.

8

Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot.
