Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, Sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined. Set aside.
Cook the Salmon
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for about 4-5 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Assemble the Dish
On a serving plate, arrange a bed of mixed greens. Place the seared salmon on top and drizzle generously with the Sam-Ros sauce. Serve immediately.
