Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the squid ink spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp and Salami
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and sliced salami calabrese, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the salami is slightly crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

Add Roasted Corn
Stir in the roasted corn and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Plate the squid ink spaghetti and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
