Prepare the Apples
Wash and crush the cider apples to extract the juice. Use a fruit press if available.

Combine Ingredients
In a fermentation vessel, combine the apple juice and water. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add Yeast and Campden Tablets
Crush the Campden tablets and add them to the mixture. Let it sit for 24 hours. Afterward, sprinkle the yeast over the mixture.

Fermentation
Seal the fermentation vessel with an airlock and let it ferment in a cool, dark place for about 1 to 2 weeks or until bubbling stops.

Dry Hopping
Add the dry hopping blend to the fermentation vessel and let it sit for an additional 3 to 5 days.

Aging
Let the cider age in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks to allow flavors to develop before consuming.
