Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Garlic Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.

2

Add Tequila and Seasonings

Carefully add tequila to the saucepan, followed by lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3

Grill the Tilapia

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

4

Serve

Place grilled tilapia on a plate and drizzle generously with the tequila garlic sauce. Serve with rice and your choice of steamed vegetables or house potatoes.
