Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, fajita seasoning, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Proteins

Add the flank steak, chicken breast, and shrimp to the marinade. Ensure all proteins are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Proteins

Heat a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Remove the proteins from the marinade and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, and shrimp for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and let rest.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Fajitas

Slice the cooked proteins into strips. Serve with sautéed vegetables on warm tortillas. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
