Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the steak, chicken, and chorizo into thin strips. Devein and clean the shrimp. Chop the bell peppers and onion into thin slices.

2

Marinate the Meat

In a bowl, mix the sliced steak, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3

Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté until they are soft and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4

Cook the Meat

In the same skillet, add the marinated meat mixture. Cook over medium-high heat until the meat is cooked through and slightly crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

5

Combine and Serve

Add the sautéed vegetables back to the skillet with the cooked meat. Pour in the spicy salsa and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

6

Serve with Tortillas

Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Serve the spicy fajitas with the tortillas, garnished with lime wedges.
