Prepare Hominy
Rinse the dried hominy under cold water, then soak it in water overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Cook the Pork
In a large pot, add the pork shoulder, soaked hominy, 10 cups of water, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, chili powder, and oregano. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.

Add Vegetables
Stir in the shredded cabbage and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Serve
Ladle the pozole soup into bowls, and garnish with sliced radishes, lime wedges, and chopped cilantro.
