
Pasta A La Diabla Recipe
A generous portion of rotini pasta sautéed in our special a la diabla sauce with onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Topped with queso fresco and fresh cilantro.

Cooking Instructions
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add Mushrooms
Stir in the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through.
Combine with Sauce
Pour in the a la diabla sauce, and stir well to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in Pasta
Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
Plate the pasta and top with crumbled queso fresco and chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
