Prepare the Jalapenos
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Carefully slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Jalapenos
Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.

Bake
Place the stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side.
