Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Proteins

Divide the marinade into four portions. Marinate the flank steak, chicken breast, shrimp, and chorizo in their respective portions for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Proteins

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the flank steak for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest. In the same skillet, cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and let rest. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked. Remove and let rest. Finally, cook the chorizo for about 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Slice and Serve

Slice the rested meats into strips. Serve the proteins and sautéed vegetables on warm flour tortillas, and add additional lime juice to taste.
