Chili Cheese Fries Directions
- 1
Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven and bake the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- 2
Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the chili-topped fries.
- 6
Melt Cheese
Place the loaded fries under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
- 7
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions and dollops of sour cream, and serve immediately.
