Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced chipotle peppers and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.

Flame with Tequila
Carefully add the tequila to the skillet. Allow the alcohol to burn off, which should take about 1-2 minutes. Be cautious of flames.

Finish the Dish
Stir in the lime juice and half of the cilantro. Cook for another minute to combine flavors.

Serve the shrimp over a bed of rice, topped with the remaining cilantro and accompanied by steamed vegetables.
