Steep the Hibiscus Flowers
In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Stir and let steep for about 15-20 minutes until the water turns a deep red color.

Strain the Mixture
After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove the hibiscus flowers. Discard the flowers.

Add Lime Juice
Stir in 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice for a refreshing tang.

Chill the Agua de Jamaica
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes (approximately 1 cup of ice per glass) and pour the chilled Agua de Jamaica over the ice.
