Preparation
1. Prepare the Pan
Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
2. Layer the Ice Cream
Scoop the pistachio ice cream into the bottom of the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
3. Add Cherry Layer
Once the pistachio layer is firm, add the cherry ice cream on top and spread evenly. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
4. Add Chocolate Layer
Scoop the chocolate ice cream on top of the cherry layer, spreading it evenly. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
5. Serve
Remove the spumoni from the pan using the plastic wrap. Slice and serve with chopped pistachios, chocolate syrup, and maraschino cherries on top.
