Lasagna Bolognese Ingredients
Method
Lasagna Bolognese Directions
Increase the heat to medium-high, add ground beef and ground pork. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, red wine, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Layer the Lasagna
In a baking dish, spread a layer of Bolognese sauce at the bottom. Place 3 sheets of lasagna over it. Spread a layer of Béchamel sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a layer of Béchamel and a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano cheese on top.
Bake the Lasagna
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the lasagna for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
