Prepare the Marinara Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and add the dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the marinara sauce and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Finish with Basil and Cheese
Stir in the chopped basil and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Serve
Serve hot, garnished with the remaining Parmesan cheese, over pasta or with crusty bread.
