Method
Chili Butter Shrimp
Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Finish the Dish
Stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro. Remove from heat and set aside.
Sweet and Sour Coleslaw
Combine Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced red bell pepper.
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Mix the Coleslaw
Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
