Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and Adjust
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice if desired. Blend again if necessary.
