Method

Sliders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Sliders

Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Sliders

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Place each patty on a slider bun. Top with pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.

Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
