Method
Preparing the Ahi Tuna

Season the Tuna
Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the Ahi tuna steaks.

Making the Wasabi Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix the wasabi paste, mayonnaise, and soy sauce until smooth. Adjust the wasabi to taste.
Preparing the Furikake Topping

Sprinkle furikake seasoning over the seared tuna steaks once plated.
Making the House Chimichurri

Combine Chimichurri Ingredients
In a food processor, combine parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well blended but still slightly chunky.

Bake the Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Slice the rested tuna steaks and place on a plate. Drizzle with house chimichurri and serve with wasabi sauce on the side. Add the crispy fries to the plate.
