Cook the Penne Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and combine well.

Prepare the Garlic Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve the Chicken Alfredo hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired, alongside slices of garlic bread.
