Chicken Marinade
Hot Rock BBQ Sauce
Preparation
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with soy sauce, gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
3. Add Vegetables
Add diced shiitake mushrooms, grated carrot, and chopped onion to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender.
4. Prepare Lettuce Wraps
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in chopped basil. Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and top with chopped peanuts.
5. Serve
Serve the lettuce wraps warm with extra Korean-style hot rock BBQ sauce on the side.
