Method

Sashimi and Nigiri Preparation

Prepare Tuna Sashimi

Thinly slice the tuna sashimi and plate it elegantly. Drizzle with miso yuzu sauce.

Make Nigiri

Prepare the nigiri rice by cooking it according to package instructions. Once cooked and slightly cooled, form small balls and top with chef's choice fish.

Shrimp Tempura

Prepare Tempura Batter

In a bowl, mix tempura batter mix with cold water until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fry Shrimp

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Dip shrimp into the batter and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Miso Soup

Make Miso Soup

In a pot, heat dashi stock and dissolve miso paste. Add cubed tofu and chopped green onions. Simmer for a few minutes.

Steamed Rice

Cook Rice

Rinse short-grain rice until water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the appliance's instructions.

Salad and Pickles

Prepare Salad

Toss mixed greens with sesame dressing.

Serve Pickles

Plate pickled cucumbers and carrots on the side.
