Prepare the Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Slice the Tomatoes
Chop the heirloom tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them evenly on the flatbreads.

Add Mozzarella
Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute them over the tomatoes on each flatbread.

Season
Drizzle olive oil over the flatbreads. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and the flatbread is crispy.

Add Cheese and Basil
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and top with micro basil.

Cut into slices and serve warm.
