Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bucatini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.

2

Cook the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add rock shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

3

Combine Seafood and Spinach

Stir in the king crab, lump crab, and fresh spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

4

Make the Lobster Cream Sauce

In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream and lobster base over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat and let it thicken slightly, about 5 minutes.

5

Combine Everything

Add the cooked bucatini to the skillet with seafood and spinach. Pour the lobster cream sauce over the pasta and toss gently. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.

6

Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and focaccia crumble.
