Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Add salt and pepper to taste (optional) and toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Preparing the Sauces

  1. 4

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Remove from heat.

  2. 5

    BBQ Sauce

In a small saucepan, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

  3. 6

    Old Bay Sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add Old Bay seasoning and stir until well combined.

  4. 7

    Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

In a bowl, mix sweet Thai chili sauce and soy sauce until well combined.

  5. 8

    Spicy Peach Sauce

In a small bowl, combine peach preserves, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth.

Tossing and Serving

  1. 9

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, divide them into portions and toss them in your chosen sauce until evenly coated.

  2. 10

    Serve

Arrange the wings on a platter with celery and carrot sticks on the side. Serve hot.
