Preparation of Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Add salt and pepper to taste (optional) and toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Preparing the Sauces

Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Remove from heat.

BBQ Sauce
In a small saucepan, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl, mix sweet Thai chili sauce and soy sauce until well combined.
