Method
Preparing the Steak
- 1
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 450°F to 500°F).
- 3
Grill the Steak
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle fresh rosemary on top of the steaks.
- 4
Rest the Steak
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Preparing the Garlic Fries
- 5
Cut the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick) to resemble fries.
- 6
- 7
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 8
Season and Bake the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the dried fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Spread the fries evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 9
Garnish and Serve
Once the fries are out of the oven, toss them with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot alongside the grilled steaks.
