Crab Dip Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- 2
Add Seasonings
Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper into the cream cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
- 3
Fold in Crab and Onions
Gently fold in the fresh crab meat and chopped green onions. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- 4
Chill the Dip
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

- 5
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 6
Slice the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- 7
Brush with Olive Oil
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush one side with olive oil.
- 8
Toast the Baguette
Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
