Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets generously.

While the salmon is grilling, wash the asparagus and trim the tough ends. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and asparagus, then sprinkle with salt. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the asparagus is tender yet crisp.

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir well to combine.
