Preparation of Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix until the wings are evenly coated.

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, and garlic powder. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is combined.

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the Buffalo sauce until they are well coated.
