Prepare the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest.

Prepare the Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream, add Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice. Stir well and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Crab Meat
Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat.

Whip the Potatoes
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash and whip until smooth and fluffy.

Plate the Dish
On each plate, place a portion of whipped potatoes, a grilled chicken breast on top, and generously spoon the crab sauce over the chicken. Serve with the sautéed vegetable on the side.
