Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the ends. Cut them in half lengthwise.

In a large bowl, whisk together the chili garlic sauce, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Coating and Roasting

Toss and Coat
Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl with the sauce. Toss well to ensure all sprouts are evenly coated.

Roast in Oven
Spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through.

Once roasted, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
