Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Ribs
In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.

Broil the Ribs
Return the ribs to the oven and broil on high for about 5–7 minutes, until the BBQ sauce is caramelized.

Rest and Serve
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional BBQ sauce and coleslaw on the side.
