Directions
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of provolone and a slice of American cheese on each chicken breast to melt.
- 3
Prepare the Buns
While the chicken is grilling, slice the burger buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
- 4
Assemble the Burgers
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a grilled chicken breast with melted cheese on top, followed by a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, and onion slices. Drizzle with creamy Italian dressing. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the grilled chicken burgers immediately with your choice of side.
