Pasta and Sauce Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes and Wine

Add the diced tomatoes and white wine to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to soften.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to combine and allow the pasta to soak in the flavors of the sauce.

  5. 5

    Add Basil and Seasoning

Stir in the chopped fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve immediately, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
