Method

Steak Tips

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Steak

Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat the steak evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak Tips

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak tips and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Cherry Pepper Relish

  1. 4

    Prepare the Relish

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cherry peppers, diced red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes for flavors to meld.

Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into thin fries and place them in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 6

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
