Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

Rinse the fresh spinach under cold water, then chop it roughly. If using frozen spinach, make sure to thaw it and squeeze out excess moisture.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and chop them into small pieces. If using frozen, thaw and chop.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, gruyère cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Dip

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
