Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.

Add Cheeses
Reduce heat to low and stir in the gruyère, jack, cheddar, parmesan, and blue cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.

Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and olive oil until combined.
Baking

Bake the Mac & Cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese to a greased baking dish, then sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
