Prepare the Eggs
In the same skillet, drain excess bacon grease if necessary, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Crack the eggs into the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny (or longer if you prefer firmer yolks).
Assembling the Sandwich

Assemble the Double BEC
Slice the brioche bun in half and toast it lightly in the same skillet until golden brown. On the bottom half, place a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by two crispy bacon slices, then the cooked eggs, another slice of cheddar cheese, and finally the remaining two slices of bacon. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.
