Method

Crab Dip Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined and creamy.

  2. 2

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the crab mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Joe's Bread Directions

  1. 3

    Prepare the Dough

In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add the olive oil and salt.

  2. 4

    Knead the Dough

Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.

  3. 5

    Let the Dough Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

  4. 6

    Shape and Bake the Bread

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf or rolls. Place on a baking sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
