Prepare Cream Cheese Spread
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Wash and thinly slice the cucumber into rounds.

Assemble Sandwiches
Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of whole wheat bread. Layer with smoked salmon and cucumber slices. Top with another slice of bread to make a sandwich. Cut into quarters for serving.

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool, peel, and chop. In a bowl, mix chopped eggs with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Spread on whole wheat bread and cut into quarters.
