Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Meat

Rub the beef brisket and pork shoulder with your favorite BBQ seasoning. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

2

Cook the Pulled Pork

Place the pork shoulder in a smoker or slow cooker at 225°F (107°C) for 8-10 hours until it is tender and can be easily shredded.

3

Cook the Burnt Ends

Smoke the brisket for about 6 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C). Cut the brisket into cubes and toss with BBQ sauce. Return to the smoker for an additional hour.

4

Prepare the Sides

Prepare the BBQ beans, potato salad, and cole slaw according to their respective recipes or packages.

5

Serve

On a large platter, arrange the burnt ends and pulled pork. Serve with BBQ beans, potato salad, cole slaw, bread rolls, pickles, and additional BBQ sauce on the side.
