Prepare the Chicken
Shred the smoked chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

Mix with BBQ Sauce
Add the BBQ sauce to the shredded chicken and mix until well coated.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Toast the sandwich buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous portion of the BBQ chicken mixture.

Add Coleslaw and Pickles
Top the chicken with coleslaw and add pickles to taste.

Place the top half of the bun on each sandwich, press down gently, and serve immediately.
